Welcome to my Dreamwidth page.
My name is Di and I write a story using the Sims 2 computer game, set around the Legacy Challenge by Pinstar. It started out as a very basic commentary and record of what was happening as I tried to complete the challenge. There was also limited Victorian custom content in it at first, and modern playables from the main neighbourhood the legacy village was associated with. However by chapter 8 I had started to introduce plot, chapter 9 saw a rebuild of the neighbourhood which started the end of the modern objects, and by chapter 15 it had evolved into a full blown narrative tale.
I've now been publishing it for over two years, and for most of that time I was using the story exchange at the official website. However during the summer of 2009, the exchange was broken for two months, meaning that I could no longer upload there. Wanting to continue to share the story of my family, I looked for an alternative and found SlideShare. I liked the new format so much, I decided to stick with it, and convert all my previous chapters to the new format.
If you decide to read it, I hope you enjoy it.
